On June 18th 2026, the second edition of the Ph.D. course in Space Traffic Management (STM) ended.
Offered within the Aerospace Engineering Ph.D. program, the course covers the fundamentals of Space Surveillance and Tracking technologies, with an additional focus on emerging challenges such as proximity operations and cislunar Space Situational Awareness.
The course concluded with a seminar by Darren McKnight, Senior Technical Fellow for LeoLabs, who shared his personal experience and insights into the evolving STM sector.
