From 6 to 10 July 2026, Prof. Alberto Guardone and Prof. Barbara Re, from the Department of Aerospace Science and Technology at the Politecnico di Milano (DAER), chaired the 13th International Conference on Computational Fluid Dynamics (ICCFD13), hosted at Politecnico di Milano.
With 311 participants from more than 20 countries, 202 talks, 51 posters, 5 invited lectures, and 2 special lectures, ICCFD13 was a great success and a valuable opportunity for the international CFD community to exchange ideas, discuss recent advances, and foster new collaborations.
We would like to thank the Comune di Milano for its patronage, Polimi for hosting the event, Tecplot for its sponsorship, the DAER communication team for its invaluable support, and all the DAER post-docs, PhD students, and master’s students who contributed to the successful organization of the conference.
